Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jeye9, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You hold only one active account on jeye9. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You provide accurate, complete, and current registration details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

KYC & Identity Verification

jeye9 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All submitted documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

jeye9 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jeye9 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits at any time.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. jeye9 may request additional verification before approving a withdrawal of significant value. Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn until the conditions are satisfied.

General Bonus Rules

Players agree that any formal legal action must be commenced within six months of the event giving rise to the claim.
